Remove the goal from its net carry bag and extend the telescoping frame until each joint clicks fully into place. No tools or ground pegs are required.

Position the goal on your chosen surface. The recoil frame provides stability without anchoring, though it is worth checking the ground is reasonably level.

Check the frame is fully extended and locked before shooting practice begins.

After the session, collapse the frame by reversing the extension steps, then pack it back into the mesh net carry bag.

Store in a dry place when not in use to protect the PVC frame and net.

This goal is designed for football training and play. It should not be climbed on or used for any purpose beyond its intended use.
