Mike Phelan Coaching is now working with Feedz, the AI coaching app co-founded by Harry Maguire. Record a voice note after a session and Feedz turns it into a written player report.
Feedz is part of our coach education programme, and you can try it with our discount code.
Training's finished and your head is full of what you saw. Writing it all up is the part that tends to get left.
With Feedz, you hit record and talk through what you saw, the way you'd tell another coach. In under a minute, you have a written report. Read it, change anything you want, and send it to the player or their parents as a PDF, an email or through the app.
You can do one player or the whole team. You can make the tone warmer or more direct, and put your club badge on every report. It works across 19 sports.
Feedz was co-founded by Harry Maguire, the England and Manchester United defender. It's already used by Premier League clubs, and by teams ranging from grassroots to elite academies.
“Whether you're working in grassroots football, academies or elite environments, players benefit from the best feedback possible, so I would urge all coaches to start using Feedz today.”
Harry Maguire
Mike and Harry first worked together at Hull City in the Premier League, and they share a passion for helping players and coaches reach their potential.
For Mike, feedback is one of the most important parts of coach education. It helps players understand where they are, what they're doing well and what they need to improve.
“Feedz is a really smart way of helping coaches deliver that feedback quickly, clearly and consistently.”

Feedz can be set up across all your coaches, with reports built around your own coaching framework. You can book a demo with the Feedz team.
