Unfold the goal frame and extend the telescoping poles until the frame clicks into its full upright position.

Check that all joints are fully engaged and the recoil frame is stable before placing the goal on the pitch.

No ground pegs are required. The internal spring coil and weighted lower side pole provide stability on most surfaces.

Attach the polyester fine mesh net starting from the top bar and working down each side to the base.

Check the frame and net before each session. Do not use the goal if any joint appears loose or damaged.

To pack down, detach the net and fold the frame by reversing the assembly process. The net can be used as the carry bag for the folded goal frame.

Store the goal in a dry location when not in use to protect the frame and net between sessions.
