Unfold each goal frame fully and click the joints into place. No tools are required and each goal takes under 10 seconds to set up.

Attach the mesh net to each goal using the clips provided, then position the two goals at either end of your 3v3 area.

Use the flat markers to mark out your pitch boundaries. The FA's recommended pitch size is 15m x 10m.

Split players into two teams using the bibs provided, then rotate players and teams between short games to keep everyone involved.

Check goals, nets and anchors are secure before every session, and check ball pressure before use.

Fold both goals down after the session and pack the bibs, balls and markers away together, so the full kit is ready to grab for the next session.

Store all items in a dry place when not in use to extend the life of the goals, net and bibs.
