Mike and his team are made up of accredited Pro, A and B licence coaches. MSc and PhD level published authors and practitioners in the areas of science, psychology, performance analysis and education. The team have worked at the very top of Premier League, European and World Football and in addition have been integral parts of one of the worlds most prolific and consistent talent development organisations.
Mikes team deliver the most comprehensive yet interactive coach education programme in modern football.
Through on field sessions, classroom seminars, interactive course participant task delivery and assessment, and online post course support materials your organisation will undoubtedly not only improve but be inspired to advance and ignite your coaching journeys, careers and achievements to the next level.
How will the Mike Phelan Coaching team consult with and then deliver to your organisation?
All our clients are different in ability, age, sex and aspirations whether that be players or coaches.
At MPC we bring elite practices to your environment and work with you to be the best you can possibly be.
At both enquiry stage and prior to delivery there will be several online meets to understand you the client, your clubs’ objectives and both coach and player existing experience levels.
The MP team will also engage in pre course webinars to enhance both understanding and familiarity and in certain cases watch and assess video footage of your teams’ performances and training prior to our arrival.
