Mike Phelan

Player, Coach, Assistant Manager and Manager

Mike Phelan is a footballing legend who has won every major honor as a player, coach, assistant manager, and manager, including Premier League and Champions League titles. Renowned for his tenure alongside Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United, Phelan has faced elite tacticians like Guardiola and Klopp and coached icons such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Beckham, and Rashford. Beyond football, he is a growth mindset advocate with a passion for leadership and elite performance, collaborating with organizations like NASA and Sandhurst while consulting across diverse industries, blending unparalleled expertise with a drive for continuous improvement.

David Horrocks

Former Head of Research and Development Man Utd.

David, former Head of Research and Development at Manchester United, led operations in technology, performance analytics, coaching, psychology, and science, reporting to senior leadership. With experience working with top organizations like Borussia Dortmund, Red Bull, and Cricket Australia, he now consults for companies like Veo Technologies and Carleton University. Additionally, he runs a health and wellbeing program for Cadent Gas and collaborates on projects with Whoop technologies. Early in his career, David worked in technology with companies like Cisco and Samsung, and he is also a published scientist with papers in respected journals.

Paul McGuiness

Former Player and Academy Coach Man Utd.

​Paul McGuinness is a highly respected coach with decades of experience in elite youth development.A UEFA Pro Licence holder and Loughborough University graduate in physical education and sports science, Paul spent 28 years at Manchester United, where he played a pivotal role in nurturing talents like Marcus Rashford, Danny Welbeck, and Paul Pogba.As U18 head coach, he led United to the 2011 FA Youth Cup title.Following his tenure at United, Paul served as a national coach developer with The FA and later as Head of Player Development at Leicester City’s academy.Now working as a consultant, he continues to mentor coaches and players across the game.Paul is the son of former Manchester United player and manager Wilf McGuinness.

Steve Guppy

Player, Coach, Asistant Manager and England International

Steve Guppy is a former England international and accomplished coach with extensive experience across top-tier football in both the UK and the US.​

As a player, Guppy was renowned for his skill as a left winger, making over 550 professional appearances. His club career included stints with Wycombe Wanderers, Port Vale, Leicester City, Celtic, and D.C. United. Notably, he was part of Leicester City's League Cup-winning team in 2000 and earned a full England cap in 1999.

Transitioning into coaching, Guppy served as an assistant coach at Colorado Rapids, contributing to their 2010 MLS Cup victory. He later joined Sunderland's coaching staff under Martin O'Neill and was part of the Republic of Ireland national team's coaching setup. Most recently, Guppy spent four seasons as an assistant coach at Nashville SC, helping guide the team to multiple MLS playoff appearances and a Leagues Cup final.
