To further enhance the drill you may wish to put the strikers on the clock, set up a competition between several players and formulate a scoring mechanism for each individual.Examples could be, successful assists, goals scored while at the same time also scoring your goalkeepers on saves made. This adds an element of psychology and pressure management / goal setting to your training.
Further and supporting detail on striker movement can also be found here in our youtube session with Paul mcGuinness where he utilises a clock face analogy as an example.
